Register for classes, request transcripts, change your address, etc. If it’s an official record, the Registrar handles it.
The Registrar’s Office manages personal information, immunization records, document requests, course registration for all students and the integrity of academic policies.
We can help you with add/drops and withdrawal of courses, change of name and address, degree audit, diplomas, enrollment verification, grading, graduation application processing, graduation verification, course registration, TouroOne (grades), and transfer credit.
Academic guidelines, graduation application, and course registration options are available to students through the TouroOne portal. Students are encouraged to check TouroOne for the most up-to-date materials or contact the Registrar’s Office or the Deans’ Office for further support.

Transcript requests are overseen by the Registrar’s Office. HTC makes the process accessible and expedient for current students and alumni to obtain a transcript or send it to another institution.
- First time users of the Parchment system must create an account prior to ordering any transcripts.
- Requests must be made using the online Parchment system; telephone requests are not accepted.
- Transcripts will only be released after all financial obligations to HTC have been satisfied.
- Requests will be processed within 7 - 10 business days. Rush Processing available.
Students and alumni can order a transcript with credit card only. There is a $10 fee for each transcript. Expedited processing is available for a $30 fee and based on availability. HTC offers a rush delivery option (FedEx overnight domestic mailing) for a $40 fee.Order Transcript
