How to Request a Transcript: (for detailed instructions please see below)

Fill out Transcript Request Form Click here to download form (other forms of requests will not be honored) (see below for submission options)

Pay $20 ($10 for HTC graduates) (see below for payment options)

Submit completed Transcript Request Form with payment.
Classes and grades will be included as of
the date the request is received. To ensure all grades from a current
semester are included, include a note with the form to delay the release
until all grades are included.
Forms received without payment will not be honored.
Please allow one to two weeks for your request to be processed.

You may either:

Mail a check payable to HTC, (together with your transcript request form)

Secure credit card payment instructions:

Indicate total in payment box.

Indicate your first and last name and transcript in comment field, for example: "Moshe Friedman Transcript." (for high school transcripts please also indicate "HS")
