TUITION & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR 2021-22
By policy and tradition students may apply for scholarship assistance where financial need can be demonstrated. Please submit your application through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. In addition, if you are a resident of Illinois and you will be requesting an internal FYHS Scholarship for next year, you must first apply for an Invest In Kids - STC scholarship through Empower Illinois and Big Shoulders Fund.
All applicants for such assistance will be reviewed by the Tuition and Scholarship Committee. Please visit www.htc.edu/facts to create your FACTS account.

INVEST IN KIDS
Fasman Yeshiva high School participates in the Invest In Kids - Illinois State Tax Credit Scholarship (STC) program, which has greatly reduced tuition costs and eased the financial burden for our families who qualify.
If you are applying for your other kids at other schools here in town, please follow the specific guidelines for each school.

FYHS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION
Priority Deadline - May 15th
Scholarship applications must be submitted to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, along with complete Federal 2019 tax returns and W-2's.
When prompted on FACTS, please use the 2020-21 tuition numbers.
- 9th Grade In-Town: $25,205 (2020-21)
- 10th-12th Grades In-Town: $25,650 (2020-21)
- 9th-12th Dormitory: $33,770 (2020-21)
To set up a FACTS account and set up payment plans, please visit www.htc.edu/facts to create your account. If you are currently a FACTS user, you will be able to submit one application to multiple schools in the FACTS network.
Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
Copies of your 2019 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules and W-2 forms.
If you have not yet filed your 2020 taxes, please provide copies of your 2019 tax forms and 2020 W-2 forms until you file your 2020 taxes.
Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online. Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below.
Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
